Roberto Santellana is an award-winning Executive Creative Director with over 20 years of expertise in digital advertising, marketing, branding, technology, and digital products. He excels in leading creative teams, driving innovation, and solving complex challenges for top brands and agencies.

Currently, Roberto serves as Senior Managing Director of Digital Creative, Technology, and Innovation at Verizon’s Consumer Marketing Group. Previously, as EVP, Executive Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, NY, he led the USAA account, enhancing creative output and overseeing teams across the country.

At McCann World Group, Roberto held the position of SVP, Group Creative Director, where he built integrated digital design, creative technology, and UX departments. He played a pivotal role in securing and managing high-profile accounts like Microsoft, U.S. Army, and Staples, contributing to McCann’s accolade as Cannes 2019 Network of the Year.

His tenure at Blast Radius saw him expand their Seattle office from 5 to 65 employees and lead global campaigns for brands such as Levi's, Nike, and Starbucks. Roberto began his career pioneering digital products at Xbox and Microsoft Zune.

Throughout his career, Roberto has been committed to fostering the next generation of creatives by teaching at The Future Academy at SVA. His passion lies at the intersection of storytelling, design, technology, and innovation, where he thrives in building high-performing teams that create meaningful cultural impacts and lasting memories.
